Below is everything you need to know about becoming an LTTC Partner School.

Any established institution that wishes to offer LTTC TEFL programmes in a classroom environment can apply.

This includes language schools, training centres, education providers, and other organisations with suitable facilities and teaching capability.

  1. Complete the Franchise Enquiry Form (above) with details about your organisation and your proposed plans.
  2. LTTC will review your application and respond within 24 hours.
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive your official agreement and a certificate of affiliation.

There are three main costs:

  • £1,500 one-off licence fee
  • Student registration + certificate fee for each learner on your courses
  • Local operating costs, such as venue hire, printing, photocopying, publicity, postage, etc.

There are no annual renewal fees.
Your franchise is issued without a time limit.

Once accepted, you receive:

  • Full LTTC course materials
  • LTTC Teacher Trainer Handbook
  • Personal advisor support during the planning stage
  • Listing of your course dates and venue on the LTTC website
  • Ongoing support and guidance from experienced LTTC tutors
  • Embossed LTTC certificates for each successful student
  • Permission to redistribute course materials to your students
  • Access to commission opportunities if students enrol in LTTC online courses

You will:

  • Deliver the LTTC syllabus, covering at least 95% of the core programme
  • Adapt the distance-learning materials into classroom sessions as needed
  • Choose your own venue, schedule, and course fees
  • Advertise your course locally
  • Register all students with LTTC within one week of starting the course
  • Submit the student registration fees
  • Ensure all students’ work is copied/scanned and submitted for moderation
  • Pass certificates on to your students after successful moderation

After reviewing the materials, suggested timetables, and programme outline, you and your tutors plan your classroom delivery.

You decide:

  • Where the course will run
  • When it will run
  • How you will structure the sessions
  • What you will charge your students

LTTC lists your course details on the website, and you handle your own local marketing.

As part of our accreditation, all coursework must be submitted to LTTC for moderation.

Once moderation is complete and students have passed:

  • Certificates are issued
  • Each certificate is embossed with the official LTTC seal and coat of arms

Yes.
If a student from your classroom-based course enrols on an LTTC online course within two months, you receive a commission and they receive a discounted fee.

The franchise includes:

  • Licence to run LTTC TEFL courses
  • Use of LTTC name and logo
  • Certificate of affiliation for display
  • Complete course materials
  • LTTC teacher-trainer handbook
  • Listing on the LTTC website
  • Student registration and certificates
  • Ongoing support from experienced tutors
  • Programme outline for planning and delivery
  • Right to distribute materials to successful students
  • Unlimited duration (no expiry, no renewal fees)
